
Terms & Conditions
A Members Club belonging to the Sinta Bar Group, including only the Sinta Bar Restaurant, Sasson Bar at HaAchuza, and Mambo Milano (hereinafter: “Customer Club”) was established and is managed by Sinta Bar Ltd. (hereinafter: “Sinta Bar”).

These regulations are intended to regulate the eligibility conditions of an individual seeking to join the Customer Club and the benefits program intended for customers of the Sinta Bar Group who wish to be members of the Customer Club, all subject to the provisions of these regulations (hereinafter: “the Regulations”).

Joining the Customer Club is subject to the terms of the Regulations below, as updated from time to time by Sinta Bar.

Full responsibility for becoming familiar with the terms below and receiving the benefits according to these terms shall at all times apply to the members of the Customer Club, such that these Regulations constitute a condition for joining the program, and any customer joining as a member of the Customer Club and receiving a Membership Card shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the provisions of these Regulations, in all of its sections and/or parts thereof.

The holder of a Membership Card or any other person shall have no demand and/or claim in connection with the terms of the Regulations and the benefits program or changes thereto. The management of the Sinta Bar Group reserves the right to change or discontinue the activity of the Customer Club at any time at its sole discretion.

The management of the Sinta Bar Group reserves the right to change and/or cancel these Regulations or parts thereof.

The wording of the Regulations will be published and updated on the official websites of the company’s restaurants included in the club at the addresses:
(hereinafter: “the Company Websites”), and may also be obtained by a written request to the company management.

Any place in these Regulations where masculine language is used, the intention is for women and men alike.
Membership in the Customer Club

A Customer Club member is one who is entitled to lawfully hold, in accordance with these Regulations, a valid Customer Club card (hereinafter: “Membership Card”).

Individuals (not businesses, organizations, agents, or corporations) who are over the age of 18, who use their membership for private use, and who have fully completed their details in the Customer Club membership application form, are eligible to be members of the Customer Club. The management of the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled not to approve a person’s joining the Customer Club at its discretion and without being obligated to provide reasons for its refusal.

By sending the digital application form to join the Customer Club, the Customer Club member confirms to the Sinta Bar Group and/or ValueCard that it may contact him, itself and/or through third parties with whom it cooperates, by any means of communication, including but not limited to email, text message (SMS). It is possible to join the Customer Club during a visit to any of the group’s restaurants, by online joining via digital joining forms and/or by contacting the group management. Upon registration of the member’s details in the company’s database, the company shall be entitled to send him at any time information regarding its services, including notices regarding club activity, changes to the Regulations and/or benefits and/or any matter relating to the member’s eligibility and/or club activity and/or cessation of its activity, and the like, as well as marketing and advertising information – whether information that it itself will publish or information that the company receives from third parties for the purpose of sending to club members. If a member does not wish to continue receiving such commercial information, he may at any time cancel his consent to receive such information and cease receiving the commercial information by contacting the Sinta Bar Group. By approving these Regulations or receiving the Membership Card, the club member agrees that information and various offers will be sent to him by direct mail.

Joining as a club member is free of charge, however Sinta Bar reserves the right to begin charging, at its sole discretion, membership fees for renewal and/or joining as a member of the Customer Club.

The membership and rights hereunder are valid for the cardholder only, who completed his details in the joining form.

Each Customer Club member shall be responsible to update the Sinta Bar Group in writing in any case of change of email address (E-MAIL), phone number, or any other relevant detail by which the group can contact him and update him regarding changes, benefits, and various promotions.

Each Membership Card, whether digital or physical, will be assigned a serial number corresponding to that card only.

The Membership Card is personal and may not be transferred in any manner whatsoever, including by sale or transfer without consideration to any third party.

The management of the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to require the club member to identify himself by means of an identification document as a condition for using the Membership Card both for the purpose of earning points and for redeeming points, and shall also be entitled to deny use of the card and/or confiscate it if it believes that the use of the card is contrary to these Regulations, without any explanations on its part, and/or in any case where in its opinion improper use is made of the Membership Card, all without prior notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, the group management shall be entitled to refuse to redeem points and/or benefits without presentation of an identification document.

The membership period in the Customer Club is from the date of joining and registration and for one year (12 months) only. It is clarified that at the end of this period, renewal of the membership period will be automatic and subject to the Regulations in its wording, as will be in force at the time of renewal, and that the benefits and/or membership terms may change in relation to those existing at the time of the member’s initial joining of the club.

In addition and without derogating from its rights as detailed above and subject to the above, the management of the Sinta Bar Group will from time to time initiate collaborations with commercial entities in various fields and במסגרת שיתופי הפעולה או הסכמים אחרים אלו, יפנו אל חבר מועדון הלקוחות אותם גופים שלישיים באופן ישיר. A member who objects to such contact by such third party will be entitled to notify the management of the Sinta Bar Group in writing by registered mail and/or fax, and upon receipt of his notice, third parties will not contact him.
Cancellation of Membership in the Customer Club

Any member shall be entitled to withdraw from the Customer Club and his registration as a member will be canceled and deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of his notice sent by registered letter and/or fax of his desire as stated. In such case, such notice shall be considered an absolute waiver of all his rights in the Customer Club, including but not limited to his right to receive benefits accumulated on the card, as detailed in these Regulations below.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that in such case the Customer Club member shall not be entitled to a refund of membership fees (full or proportional) collected and/or to any compensation and/or indemnification in connection with his membership in the Customer Club.

Without derogating from the provisions of Section 22 above, if a Customer Club member canceled his membership within 14 days from the date of joining the Customer Club, by written notice, from the moment of the cancellation notice by the Customer Club member, his membership shall be canceled and he will not be able to make any use of any of the benefits granted to him by virtue of membership in the Customer Club.
Benefits

Use of the Customer Club Membership Card will not grant the Customer Club member any benefits other than those detailed in these Regulations, unless the Sinta Bar Group notified otherwise.

The holder of a Customer Club Membership Card will enjoy the following benefits:

Earning club points benefit in a value constituting ten percent (10%) of the net price of the purchase, excluding the joining item on the joining date. Accumulation will be possible starting from the first order. For example, a net bill of NIS 120 will grant the club member 12 club points which will be accumulated to his card. The value of each point for redemption is NIS 1, and it is redeemable on the next purchase only. The points earning benefit is conditioned on an order of a minimum amount of NIS 100 and above for the purpose of earning points (i.e., it is not possible to earn less than 10 points in any order). Redemption of accumulated points will also be possible in take-away orders and/or deliveries from Sinta Bar websites only (not through companies בהזנת פרטי חבר המועדון. Without derogating from the above, earning and redeeming of club member points will be according to the conditions in these Regulations below.

Birthday Benefit – A club member will be entitled to NIS 30 for redemption at any of the three restaurants included in the club during the calendar month in which his birthday occurs, as updated in the joining form. The benefit is redeemable one time only in each branch, is not divisible, and is conditioned on a purchase in the amount of NIS 100 and above at the time of using the benefit. The benefit is not redeemable at the time of joining the club, but only starting from the next purchase, and is not redeemable on the business lunch menu.

“Special Day” Benefit – A club member will be entitled to receive a digital scratch card for winning a starter dish or dessert at one of the group’s restaurants, at his choice. The validity of the benefit is from the date of the club member’s joining and for 3 months only, meaning the benefit is redeemable (receipt of the prize) for 3 months from the date of the club member’s joining.
The starter dish or dessert received via the scratch card will be selected by Sinta Bar only and at its sole discretion.
In order to redeem the scratch card, the club member will be required to present the digital card at the restaurant of his choice among the group’s restaurants. Redemption is for a dine-in order at a group restaurant only and a bill of a minimum of NIS 100 only, with no double benefits and promotions.
**The Special Day benefit will take effect starting from 1.1.2026
Benefit redemption terms and limitations

The benefit redemption terms will be subject to the following terms and limitations:

A club member is entitled to receive benefits granted to a club member for hosting in the restaurant only, provided that he is staying there. The club member pays for the hosting in full. No double benefits or discounts.

Earning points or redeeming points will not be possible at special events, when a menu is closed in advance at a special price, student menus, soldier menus, and event menus, or in parallel to payment that is not credit or cash (vouchers, cards of catering companies such as Cibus or Ten Bis etc.)

In publications to Customer Club members only, the discount and/or promotion will be according to the publication only.

Promotions, earning points and special prices will be as determined by the management of the Sinta Bar Group from time to time. The number of points that may be accumulated for each purchase will be according to the sole decision of the Sinta Bar Group and it may change the amount at any time and without prior notice for any purchase that is not a sale at any discount or under another promotion.

It is not possible to redeem accumulated benefits on the card for “business lunch meals” and when using special menus or in parallel to payment that is not credit or cash (see Section 2). Points earning will be according to the price of the business meal.

Use of points may be made only on the purchase after earning the points and it is not possible to use points that were earned in the same purchase.

It will not be possible to receive a monetary refund for the accumulated points and the points will be used only for the purpose of providing discounts on hosting purchases at restaurants associated with the club.

In case a Customer Club member used more points than those accumulated due to a fault or computer disruption, the Sinta Bar Group may deduct from the customer’s points balance a monetary refund at a value of NIS 1 per point in points, and the Customer Club member will have no claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against this. In case there is a negative points balance, the Sinta Bar Group may receive a monetary refund at a ratio of NIS 1 per point.

Points accumulation is personal for each Customer Club member and may not be transferred to another Membership Card or combined among several members.

The validity of the points accumulated for the club member is for one year only (from the accumulation date), provided that the member’s membership in the Customer Club is in force.
The benefits will be granted to the member only upon presentation of a Membership Card or upon presentation of an ID card in cases of digital club cards, at the time of purchase. The member must notify of his membership at the time of purchase and present a card and/or ID as stated when making the purchase.
This section will enter into force on 1.4.2026.

If in the opinion of the Customer Club member he is entitled to receive benefits for a certain purchase that were not accumulated/credited to his account, he must contact the Customer Club in writing, by registered mail and attach a true copy of the invoice or any other documents required. Failure to attach the invoice and such documents shall constitute a ground for not granting the benefit as stated.

It will not be possible to redeem club benefits during promotions; no double promotions. It will not be possible to earn points or redeem points due to use of vouchers/coupons/digital vouchers or Cibus/Ten Bis/Hever Ta’amim/Police Funds cards.
It will not be possible to redeem benefits accumulated on the card for business meals, soldier/student meals, and late-night promotions as practiced in the chain from time to time.
Changing or discontinuing the benefits in the Customer Club

The Sinta Bar Group reserves the right to change or discontinue the benefits given and/or any part of the benefits given at any time, according to publications it will make at its sole discretion. The Sinta Bar Group will bear no responsibility if it decides to do so. In addition, the company will bear no responsibility toward the Customer Club members or any third party if it discontinues the benefits given in the Customer Club, for a limited time, for any reason. Notice of discontinuation of the service, permanently or for any limited time, will be delivered to the Customer Club members by any of the publication means, as stated in Section 5 of these Regulations, at the sole discretion of the Sinta Bar Group.

The management of the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to decide at any time to discontinue the activity of the Customer Club with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice, which will be published in one of the publication means detailed in Section 30 of these Regulations. If the activity of the Customer Club is discontinued as stated above, the chain will continue to honor benefits accumulated on the Membership Cards until the card’s expiration (without entitlement to accumulate additional benefits).

The validity of the points accumulated in the Customer Club member’s account is for one year only from the date of their accumulation (for example – a point accumulated on 1.1.2025 and not redeemed by the club member for 12 months, i.e., until 30.12.2025, the validity of the point will expire on 1.1.2026; the method of redeeming the club member’s points will be FIFP, כך שבמעמד המימוש ימומשו הנקודות שנצברו במועד הכי מוקדם".
Club publication methods

Customer Club notices in any matter relating to Customer Club activity, including but not limited to regarding change and/or addition and/or subtraction that have been made and/or that the Sinta Bar Group intends to make, in the Regulations and/or discounts and/or membership fees and/or any matter relating to the member’s eligibility and/or Customer Club activity and/or discontinuation of its activity and the like, will be made by the Customer Club by email and/or sending SMS and/or WhatsApp application message and/or the Sinta Bar Group website and/or any advertising method that the Sinta Bar Group finds appropriate at its sole discretion. The Customer Club member will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit and/or complaint regarding the manner of conveying such notices.

It is hereby clarified that the Customer Club is a club also operated via the internet and the Customer Club intends to send the information to members to the email address provided by them at the time of registration on the registration form. Members will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit and/or complaint regarding the manner of conveying the notices, whether via the internet or in any other way, as stated in Section 30 above.
Information security and privacy

The Sinta Bar Group will take all reasonable measures to secure the information provided by the Customer Club members, all in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. However, the Sinta Bar Group cannot fully secure information and communication systems against unauthorized intrusions and illegal use by third parties. Therefore, the Sinta Bar Group will bear no responsibility, direct or indirect, in cases of disclosure and use of information provided by the Customer Club members that results, directly or indirectly, from unauthorized intrusions of others or as a result of malicious acts and/or omissions of a third party, and the club member will have no claim, lawsuit and/or demand in connection with exposure of the data that he provided when joining the club in such case.

The Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to use the details of the Customer Club members and the communication means they provided at the time of joining and/or at a later time, in order to inform the Customer Club members regarding various products and services that may interest them. It is hereby clarified that in no case will the company transfer the details of the Customer Club members or any other information identifying them personally to a third party without their prior consent.
Governing law and jurisdiction

Only Israeli law shall apply to the validity, interpretation and/or breach of these Regulations. The exclusive and unique jurisdiction in any matter, issue or dispute related to the validity, interpretation and/or breach of these Regulations shall be the competent courts in the city of Haifa only.

In any case where a club member sues the Sinta Bar Group and/or anyone on its behalf, including its owners and/or managers, the club member shall automatically be considered as having requested to withdraw from his membership in the Customer Club and his membership will be canceled.
Miscellaneous

With the establishment of this Customer Club, there will be no validity to any engagements and/or commitments prior to its establishment, if any, that were made between the contracting club member and the management of the Sinta Bar Group by any of its representatives.

Any delay by the Sinta Bar Group in exercising a right due to it according to the above, or its refraining from insisting on its right as stated, will not be considered a waiver of its rights.

The Sinta Bar Group may assign its rights under these Regulations to any third party as it deems fit and without any obligation to publish the assignment.

The Customer Club members may not assign their rights under these Regulations.
-
The service is a personal service and may not be transferred to any third party whatsoever.
-
If it is determined by a competent court that any of the above provisions are void or voidable for any reason, the other provisions shall remain in effect.
