Welcome to the website of Sasson Bar (HaAhuza) (hereinafter: the “Company”).
Use of the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Users are requested to read them carefully, as browsing the Website, as well as access to activities and/or the Customers Club and/or products offered therein, is subject to the terms set forth below. Any person who does not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, is requested not to make any use of the Website.
1. General
1.1
The Website is intended to provide Users with information regarding the various activities operated by the Company, including the restaurant, events, etc.; to review the activities offered; to register for the Company’s Customers Club; and for additional uses as may be detailed and updated on the Website from time to time, at the Company’s sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion. Accordingly, Users are advised to review these Terms upon each renewed visit to the Website.
1.3
The Website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available.” The User shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with the Website, including its features, capabilities, content, limitations, or suitability for the User’s needs.
1.4
Information on the Website is transmitted electronically and may therefore contain errors, inaccuracies, or defects. Despite the Company’s efforts to present accurate and up-to-date information, the User acknowledges that information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information rests solely with the User, who agrees not to rely on the information displayed on the Website and not to raise any claims against the Company in connection with the Website or its use.

Use of masculine language in these Terms is for convenience only and shall be deemed to refer to all genders.

Subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms, the Website is open to all Users. The Company does not screen or verify Users’ ability to meet obligations arising from use of the Website.

Use of the Website by minors under the age of 18 is subject to the consent of their parents or legal guardians. The Company recommends that parents or guardians instruct minors regarding safe internet use. The Company does not verify Users’ ages and assumes no responsibility for them.

The User undertakes to use the Website in good faith, in a customary manner, and in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. The User shall have no claims against the Company for such actions. The Company assumes no liability for damages caused by content uploaded by Users in violation of these Terms. The User agrees to indemnify and compensate the Company for any damage and/or expense incurred in connection with a claim or demand arising from breach of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Website design and all software, applications, code, graphics, text, and other materials included therein are the exclusive property of the Company. No part may be copied, distributed, publicly displayed, or transferred to a third party without the Company’s prior written consent.

Trademarks appearing on the Website are the exclusive property of the Company. Trademarks of advertisers are the property of their respective owners. No use may be made of such trademarks without prior written consent of the Company and/or the advertisers, as applicable.

4. Use of User Information
4.1

4.3

10. Jurisdiction
Use of the Website is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court in the Northern District. This applies to all Users, including non-Israeli residents or citizens.
