1. Introduction
1.1
Sasson VeSimcha-Bar (2013) Ltd., Company No. 514914654 (the Company) owns the website: https://www.sasson-bar.co.il/ and any sub-domain address on the Company’s landing pages, digital campaigns, social platforms, and any other digital interface under the Company’s control (the Website), and operates and manages the restaurant under the brand Sasson (the Restaurant).
The Company is part of the Sinta Bar Group, which operates and manages restaurants under the brands Mambo Milano, Sinta Bar, Sinta Bar Express, Mr. Bun Burger, Leonie, and Priko, as well as the Fresh Pasta pasta production facility, and/or any future brand operated under the Group (the Group).
1.2
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how the Company acts with respect to information provided by users through use of the Website (to the extent required to provide information on the Website), including the manner of managing, collecting, storing, and using the information users provide to the Company via the Website, including disclosure to third parties as detailed below (Users and/or User). The Company attributes great importance to Users’ privacy and makes efforts to protect and properly safeguard its Users’ information and privacy.
1.3
In addition, this Privacy Policy details Users’ rights regarding information the Company collects about them and their entitlements with respect to information they provide. The Company believes Users have the right to be informed of the Company’s policies and procedures regarding the collection and use of information received from them and collected about them in the course of their use of the Website.
1.4
Use of the Website is subject to the Terms of Use and/or the regulations as set out on the Website and to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy supplements any other agreement, written and/or implied, between the User and the Company, adds to them without derogating from them, and forms an integral part thereof.

Users are under no legal obligation to provide information through use of the Website, and providing information depends on the User’s will and full and free consent. The User may request that the Company delete and/or correct information in its possession at any time, all in accordance with and subject to Section 2.4 below.

Where this Privacy Policy uses singular and/or masculine language, it is for convenience only and is intended to refer to all Users.

For avoidance of doubt, wherever the term Website is used in this Privacy Policy, it refers to all digital platforms owned or controlled by the Company, including but not limited to landing pages, digital campaigns, digital forms, social platforms, and any other digital interface operated, managed, or controlled by the Company, unless the context requires otherwise.
2. Information Collected

When a User uses the Website, the Company may collect two types of information, including through external platforms (as defined below), for the purpose of providing the services offered on the Website:
2.1.1 Personal Information
Identifying details such as first and last name, contact details (mobile number and email address), home address, gender, age, and similar details (that is, information that may be used to identify the User, contact the User, and provide services in an optimal manner). Such information is knowingly provided by the User with full consent (i.e., following active completion by the User) in order to receive services offered on the Website and/or to receive information.
With respect to the Restaurant’s Members Club, in addition to the above Personal Information, information required for joining the Restaurant’s Members Club (for example, date of birth and anniversary date, for the purpose of providing benefits that may change from time to time in accordance with the Members Club Regulations, information regarding the User’s redemption of benefits, purchase dates at the Restaurant and/or Group restaurants, and similar information).
2.1.2 Non-Personal Information
Aggregated statistical information that does not enable identification or contacting the User, including information about Users’ visits and use of the Website, such as referral source, length of visit, page views, and similar data.

2.2
Please note that information provided through the Website may in practice be provided to a third party through use of embedded external platforms (as defined below). Accordingly, the information may be stored by such external platforms and held both by the Company and by the relevant external platform, subject also to the external platform’s privacy policy.
2.3
The User represents and undertakes that any information provided, updated, or uploaded through use of the Website is true, reliable, and accurate, and that the User provides the information in their own name and for themselves בלבד, and not on behalf of any third party, except where expressly and lawfully authorized to do so.
2.4
If a User does not wish to provide information to the Company (and/or to an external platform) or does not consent to the uses described in this Privacy Policy, the User is under no legal obligation to do so. However, since much of the information collected (either directly by the Company or via an external platform) is required to provide the services offered through the Website, the User may be unable to receive some or all of the services. In certain cases, the User may be able to choose what information to provide and the permitted uses, and in such cases the Company will indicate the impact on the service, if any.
3. How Information is Collected
3.1
The Company may collect information about the User during use of the Website for the purpose of providing the services offered on the Website (including via external platforms), including:
3.1.1 Information Provided Directly by the User
3.1.1.1 Contact Us and Careers
The User provides Personal Information through forms on the Website for Careers and/or Contact Us. The User may also contact the Company via the email address specified in Section 11 below.
3.1.1.2 Registration to the Restaurant’s Members Club
The User provides Personal Information through a dedicated form on the Website to join the Restaurant’s Members Club. Joining the Members Club is also conditional upon consenting to receive marketing communications, subject to the User’s consent. Membership and/or consent to marketing communications may be canceled at any time by contacting customer service or via a designated unsubscribe link in the communication.
3.1.1.3 Table Reservation and/or Delivery Order and/or Gift Card Purchase
The User provides information for making a table reservation, ordering delivery, and/or purchasing a gift card by clicking a designated link on the Website that redirects automatically to the relevant service. External platforms may collect relevant details for providing these services, including payment details processed by an external payment processor in accordance with required security standards, all subject to the external platforms’ privacy policies.
3.1.1.4 General
Any information provided by the User and/or received by the Company in connection with the User and use of the Website and/or services, including information provided when contacting the Company for any reason, including via social networks, email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other communication method. The Company may request additional information as needed to provide services.
3.1.2 Automatically Collected Information
During use of the Website, technical information and information regarding the User’s use of the Website may be collected automatically. The Company collects such information via logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
4. Use of Information by the Company
4.1
As a general rule, the Company collects and uses the Information to contact the User and provide the services offered on the Website, including sending service-related updates, and/or for any other purpose required or permitted by law or as detailed in this Privacy Policy.
4.2
In addition, the Company may use the Information (subject to applicable law, including the Communications Law) to notify Users about special events, send newsletters, periodic updates, marketing offers, promotions, or services offered by the Company and/or by third parties with whom the Company has business collaborations (Marketing Updates).
4.3
In such cases, the Company may send Marketing Updates either directly or via external platforms, subject to the User’s explicit consent, as required by law. Subject to applicable law, the User may withdraw consent at any time by clicking an unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting the Company using the contact details in Section 11 below.
4.4
The Company may use cookies for the ongoing and proper operation of the Website, including collecting statistical data regarding use of the Website, verification of details, adapting the Website to the User’s preferences, and information security purposes.
4.5
Users may manage and delete cookies at any time through their browser settings and may choose to block tracking technologies. However, blocking certain cookies may impair the operation of the Website or some services. Use of the Website constitutes consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies as described herein, without derogating from the User’s right to manage preferences as stated above.
5. Device Permissions
5.1
When using the Website, the User may be asked to approve access to certain permissions and/or services on a computer, tablet, smartphone, or other device in order to access services offered on the Website.
5.2
Such permissions may include access to the internet, camera, location services, dialing options, microphone, SMS, internal storage, and similar permissions.
5.3
The User is not required to approve such permissions (in whole or in part). Certain permissions may require explicit approval through the device operating system. The User may refuse or block some or all permissions; however, in such case the Company may be unable to provide some or all services.
5.4
The Company may send messages containing a verification code to enable access to the Website and/or external platforms, including for password recovery, and messages and updates regarding the User’s activity with the Company.
6. Collection and Use of Information via External Platforms (Data Processors)
6.1
Some or all services offered on the Website, including delivery and/or pickup systems, table reservation systems, online payment systems, direct marketing systems, CRM systems, and additional systems, may be provided through third-party online platforms embedded in the Website (External Platforms). External Platforms are integrated systems reached automatically via links on the Website and provide solutions that complement or support the Website services.
6.2
For the purpose of providing Website services, External Platforms act as data processors and perform collection, processing, and storage of information provided by Users in accordance with the Company’s instructions and applicable law.
6.3 Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
To enable services via External Platforms, the Company may share Personal Information with such External Platforms. When receiving services via an External Platform, the User may provide information, including payment method details, directly to the External Platform for the purpose of providing the services and processing payment. The Company is not a party to that transfer. Such provision is made with the User’s consent and subject to the External Platform’s privacy policy, and it is the User’s responsibility to review such policies prior to providing information.
6.4
The Company may also provide information to analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), advertising platforms (such as Pixel), and similar technologies.
6.5
Some External Platform providers and/or those specified in Section 6.4 operate outside Israel, and therefore information may be transferred and stored on servers abroad, subject to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and regulations.
6.6
Under applicable law, information provided to External Platforms is considered information transferred both to the Company and to those platforms. Accordingly, providing information is also subject to each platform’s privacy policy and terms of use.
6.7
Without derogating from the above, the Company does not transfer Personal Information to third parties for their independent use, except with the User’s prior explicit consent or as required by law.
6.8
Without derogating from the above, the Company may transfer information about Users in the following cases:
6.8.1 With the User’s consent to the transfer
6.8.2 As part of business collaborations, including Group companies
6.8.3 To entities holding ownership in the Company, for supervision, management, and ongoing operations
6.8.4 To respond to support or service requests
6.8.5 To enforce this Privacy Policy
6.8.6 To detect, prevent, or otherwise address misuse, security issues, and technical problems
6.8.7 To comply with any legal requirement
6.8.8 In connection with transfer or assignment of the Company’s activity, rights, or obligations, including during business negotiations, or sale/transfer of shares or substantially all assets, insofar as transfer of information is required

7. Information Security
7.1
The Company invests efforts and resources to protect Users’ information and employs appropriate security measures at an adequate level, consistent with accepted standards and applicable law, and based on risk. However, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed, and the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss of any kind resulting therefrom, including privacy infringement.
8. Data Retention Period
8.1
The Company will retain Users’ information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as detailed in this Privacy Policy, or for the period required by law.
8.2
At the end of such period, Personal Information will be deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be used to identify the User, unless there is an additional legitimate need or legal obligation to retain the information.
9. Right to Access and Modify Information
9.1
In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, Users have the following rights:
9.1.1 Right of Access – to review Personal Information about the User held in the Company’s databases
9.1.2 Right to Information – to receive information regarding how the Company uses the User’s Personal Information, including purposes, recipients, and retention period
9.1.3 Right to Rectification – to correct inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
9.1.4 Right to Deletion – to request deletion of Personal Information, as required by law
9.1.5 Right to Object – to object to use of information for direct marketing at any time
9.1.6 Right to Restrict Processing – to request restriction of processing in certain cases (for example, during a dispute regarding accuracy or an objection to use)
9.1.7 Right to Data Portability – to request receiving Personal Information provided by the User in a structured, commonly used, and readable format, and to request transfer to another party
9.2
Requests regarding the above and/or any matter related to this Privacy Policy should be directed to the Company using the contact details below. The Company will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Information About Children
10.1
The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from Users under the age of 16 and does not wish to process or retain information relating to such children.
10.2
If the Company becomes aware that Personal Information of a child under 16 has been collected, the Company will act to delete such information as soon as possible.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
